Training can happen anywhere, and it can look very different based on your goals. Whether you're a member at a gym, have some weights in your basement, prefer to run around the park, or have never worked out a day in your life, we can work together to improve your health.
We'll start by discussing your history, current life style, and what you want to accomplish. We'll dig into your goals to define them clearly and discuss the "why" behind them. We'll look around and evaluate what resources we have available. I'll assess your current level of fitness regarding your goals and proper movement. After all that, it's time to create a plan you'll enjoy and stick to. You can expect weekly homework and regular reassessments to measure your progress. "If you're not assessing, you're guessing."
